Brio Bottom Load Water Cooler Dispenser for 5 Gallon Bottles – Paddle Dispensing, CLBL320SCP

I purchased this for our RV as I never trust campground water to drink. This machine replaces our top-loader we had for several years. The first thing I love is that we don't have to lift 5-gallon jugs and quickly flip them. Not easy for seniors! Followed the directions completely for installation. Super easy. The water comes out MUCH quicker than our last one and is super cold!! The hot water heated up really quickly and was very hot. The safety button on it is awesome to protect when the grandchildren are visiting. I wish I had bought this a couple years ago!

I love it overall! Makes life so much easier and I spend less money filling up the jugs than buying water bottles. The hot side is hot enough for tea and ramen noodles. The cold side is refreshingly cold. The hot water has a safety button. When you get hot water it has a preset amount and then stops. So if you need a lot of hot water you'll have to keep redoing it. The cold water side will continuously go while pushing the paddle. I do wish the paddles were a little higher so I could sit taller cups to fill up or the machine itself was a little taller lol. But that's my only complaints!

Works great and looks great. A few days ago, it did a random jerking movement once, but it went away and could have been caused by anything. One thing I will mention is that the instructions warn against completely emptying the tank, and recommend changing the water as soon as the light turns red to avoid overheating. Because of that, there's usually about 30 oz of water left in the container when replacing the bottle.

I love this compared to other water dispensers I have had. It is more compact, and I like the "faucets" compared to the "levers" you have to push down on with the other dispensers I have had. This is much more convenient. I also like the way the bottle is loaded at the bottom. Instead of the soft plastic flexible tubing, there is a hard plastic single tube that is easier to use. All in all, and so far, this is a much better design

We replaced our rented water dispenser. This is nice! The most important thing is the water pump is so much quieter than the rented one. The rental made a sound like an RV water pump. Has hot, cold water and LED light (all on on/off switch) . When the got water is switched on, it takes about 6-8 minutes to make water good %26 hot. Also the little pipe that sucks up the water from the bottle to the spout is a solid pipe, not a flimsy plastic tube like the rental machine had. . Nice looking.

I love my Water Dispenser. The cool water is very cool, NOT room temp, and Oh, the Hot water is fabulous, I can make a hot cappuccino or Hot cocoa really fast and not have to heat water.

Living in a studio apartment, it gets tiring lugging cases of bottled water up to the third floor. This option only requires me to lug a 3 or 5 gallon bottle once a month or so. Plus, instant hot water for ramen, tea, instant mashed potatoes, etc. Recommended.

This water dispenser is a very lovely addition to my kitchen. The hot water has a safety lock, which is good if you have children, the water comes out pretty cold. it also hides a gallon of water with easy accessibility. I literally opened a box unwrapped and plugged it up.

I was looking forward to having this product this past week however once opening the box after arriving I was unhappy to see the damage done. The box looked to be in good condition delivered to my porch so I can only assume this happened in the warehouse. There were multiple dents %26 on top of the the door was completely broken %26 missing the piece that holds it together. I order a lot of items online %26 normally do not have any issues. It was easy to request a refund. I did go ahead %26 return to my local Walmart %26 will now look for a different dispenser

The hot water tap doesn't work. Will not dispense any water at all. I've read both the quick start guide and the manual that came with it and there is nothing in trouble shooting that addresses this issue. Please advise.
