Brio Bottom Load Water Cooler Dispenser for 5 Gallon Bottles – Paddle Dispensing, CLBL320SCP

I purchased this for our RV as I never trust campground water to drink. This machine replaces our top-loader we had for several years. The first thing I love is that we don't have to lift 5-gallon jugs and quickly flip them. Not easy for seniors! Followed the directions completely for installation. Super easy. The water comes out MUCH quicker than our last one and is super cold!! The hot water heated up really quickly and was very hot. The safety button on it is awesome to protect when the grandchildren are visiting. I wish I had bought this a couple years ago!

Works great and looks great. A few days ago, it did a random jerking movement once, but it went away and could have been caused by anything. One thing I will mention is that the instructions warn against completely emptying the tank, and recommend changing the water as soon as the light turns red to avoid overheating. Because of that, there's usually about 30 oz of water left in the container when replacing the bottle.

I love this compared to other water dispensers I have had. It is more compact, and I like the "faucets" compared to the "levers" you have to push down on with the other dispensers I have had. This is much more convenient. I also like the way the bottle is loaded at the bottom. Instead of the soft plastic flexible tubing, there is a hard plastic single tube that is easier to use. All in all, and so far, this is a much better design

love it,don't have to worry about having a bunch of plastic bottles around, and I enjoy the fact that I don't have to boil water on the stove anymore, the hot water is a on point hottest, and the cold water is great, overall it tastes better than bottles of water more crisp and cleaner taste.

This water cooler is more expensive than many other dispensers, but every dollar more than the others yields ten times the value. I knew I needed to drink more water to stay healthy. The Brio dispenser cools and heats its filtered water to perfect drinking temperatures. It dispenses its water without a drop of waste; in other words, the Brio water cooler is the only consumer product I can think of that is perfect in functionality, design, and value. It's one of less than a dozen purchases I've made in my lifetime that lived up to all of my expectations and more, since I'd never had access to a cooler outside of school and business. I recommend it without one reservation. It's worth every penny and then some.

I love my Water Dispenser. The cool water is very cool, NOT room temp, and Oh, the Hot water is fabulous, I can make a hot cappuccino or Hot cocoa really fast and not have to heat water.

Thus far, this product is great. The cold water is cold and the hot water is hot. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the levers to dispense the water are plastic and they do not seem sturdy, if someone pushes too hard, they may break.

Our water dispenser came with a dent in the door, which prevented the door from staying shut. Very, very disappointing. We rigged something up so that the door would stay shut however, the dent should not have been there to begin with. Other than that issue, we are enjoying at the hot water is hot and the cold water is cold and I like the little nightlight on it.

I was looking forward to having this product this past week however once opening the box after arriving I was unhappy to see the damage done. The box looked to be in good condition delivered to my porch so I can only assume this happened in the warehouse. There were multiple dents %26 on top of the the door was completely broken %26 missing the piece that holds it together. I order a lot of items online %26 normally do not have any issues. It was easy to request a refund. I did go ahead %26 return to my local Walmart %26 will now look for a different dispenser

The hot water tap doesn't work. Will not dispense any water at all. I've read both the quick start guide and the manual that came with it and there is nothing in trouble shooting that addresses this issue. Please advise.
