Brita Elite Chrome, Faucet Water Filter System, 2 Replacement Filters, Reduces Lead

It works , super easy to install, Water taste is pretty good %26 I am satisfied with product, I would recommend %26 buy again. I had the same at my last apt but misplaced during move, I intend to get a underwater filter because this is too bulky for my current faucet but it works great otherwise

I've been using brita filter on my facet.For several years now and I love it! At last a long time and it's really easy to put on the replacement when that time does come. You certainly cannot buy bottled water at the price you pay for breta. Brita is a far greater value!!!

A water filtration system with only 3 faucet adapters is almost like a joke! If you're interested in purchasing this filtration system then please be aware you may be having to buy faucet adapters separately. I have yet to be able to try this unit out because I'll have to purchase faucet adapters separately to get this to fit on my kitchen faucet

While the brita filter improves the taste of the water there are issues about what contaminates it filters. It does get rid of lead and chlorine but not everything. The other issue is that over time there is a build up of mold in the base that should be cleaned with appropriate solutions such as white vinegar. I also find that over time the pop up indicator which should go from red to green stops working and I have to replace the unit about every two years.

I would not recommend this item. It does not fit my faucet and from my friends that have bought this item and daughter-in-law also bought this item have told me that it does not taste any different. The water still taste the same so therefore I do not recommend that sign. I will find another way to get tasting better water. I was trying to eliminate extra spending, but this isn't the way to do it. I will continue to buy bottled water. This is not what I expected. I'm just not happy with it.

the light that goes from green to red that is supposed to let you know that it's time to change the filter doesn't work and i tried both filters that came with it.

I have threads on the outside or exterior after removing the aerator from the faucet. The base unit is supposed to screw right into your faucet without any adapters, but it does not fit the biggest waist of money and of course this was purchased August 21 of 2024. Attempted to install it to the existing faucet to no avail. I bought a whole brand new faucet and it still does not fit the new faucet so I've had this thing for almost a year. Wasn't able to use it when I first purchased it, and I still can't use it with the new faucet that I finally had installed. Piece of crap. Don't waste your money and of course customer service is only open Monday through Friday. They keep bankers hours apparently.

The thread on the connector is stripped such that the water sprays back out of the connection when the filter is used. Never had this issue before. Switching to another brand because this is the 2nd mount that I've purchased with the same issue. Highly disappointed!

this is the second i bought and the first one almost immediately the filter popped off and broke spilling its filtering components, decided to try again and the second one we bought worked for one day and then the filter started popping off again by spewing water out of the filter area. this is too cheaply made to work!

I haven't used it yet because i can't get it on my faucet. It doesn't fit! I can't get it attached . Either I have to pay someone to come in and install it or return it.
