I have been a repeat customer purchasing this specific CLA for a couple years now. I've tried and ready reviews on other similar products and the quality control... quality of ingredients... and manufacturing dates were just terrible. Sometimes you just have to stick to knowing what has been working. This so far...has.

I have read that "In its extracted supplemental form, CLA can increase your metabolic rate, encourage muscle growth, help with weight management, and decrease your appetite." I have found all these things to be true about CLA from Bronson. I am grateful for a quality product at a great price!

this product works great for me. losing fat and muscle gains

I have been taking this CLA for about 3 weeks now and I can say I definitely feel like there is a change. I don't have that bloated feeling and my appetite is definitely suppressed. If Covid wasn't around I'd be able to go to the gym to really get the proper effects but comme ci, comme ça. Spring will be here soon so at least I'll be able to get outside. Once I can get into a full routine, I'll come back to leave an updated review.

After ordering this, I read some research that said this is pure linoleic acid, which has very bad results on some people who have trouble losing weight, and other information about omega 7s that was discomforting. I tried to stop the order but it arrived before they could stop it. Bronson's return policy: wouldn't send me a return label, so I found I'd have to pay around $16 to return it by USPS and decided to hang on to it. I'm still hesitant to use their products the way I used to, sorry to say.
