Nature's Bounty is a brand I have trusted for years. Tonalin CLA is the best, all natural option for me to help boost body toning. I am not seeking weight loss. I am seeking overall health. This is the one! I just got off the phone with a product advisor. Had some questions about dosage and “serving size”. Supplement facts say 2 soft gels is the serving size. Directions say 3. Since I am very familiar with how this product works (having taken it in the past with very positive results), I will be following the advisors instructions. I have learned from past experience that anytime one starts a new supplement it is best to start slowly. Whatever the dosage recommendation is, begin with one for 7 days to give your body an adjustment period. If results are positive (no side effects), I start to add another one for 7days. If that works, great! If I have reached the max dose, I continue that way. If side effects come about, I stay with the single dose. I stay patient and keep taking it that way. Yes it takes longer, better to go that route than try to get speedy results with issues.

CLA was developed at University of Wisconsin back in the 90's when I was a student there. What they developed was branded Tonalin! CLA exists as two mirrored molecules, kind of like your right and left hand. You need the correct ratio of left vs right molecules for CLA to work. That's why it's important to only use Tonalin! It decreases body fat and helps build muscle! There's science behind it!

I've taken this product in the past and I was very pleased with my results. While taking it in the past I had became a vegetarian. With healthy food choices and excerise I felt great and looked amazing as well. This product isn't a quick fix. You have to be mindful about what your eating and you must workout. Give it at least 2 bottles to start to see major changes. Personally I started seeing a difference about a month in.

I use to take these awhile back but I was doing the Spring Valley brand. But since I can't buy them anymore, I switched to this brand because of the price. It's a good company so hopefully they will work just as well as the Spring Valley.
