Always looking for 200 MG Magnesium Glycinate because it is hard to find the 200MG. Higher dosage bothers my stomach. And, of course, looking for value per dosage as well.

It's my first time taking this supplement so the only things I noticed are getting to sleep quickly and less anxiety. Before I used to be up quite late and unable to fall asleep. Anxiety during the day and at night plagued me. The supplement is somewhat easy to swallow. It might be difficult for those who are not accustomed to taking medication or supplements. I take it once a day, but will increase it since my stomach seems to digest it well.
