Bronson Vitamin K2 as MK-7 Menaquinone 100 mcg (per serving) - Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Soy Free, 120 Capsules

I just started taking this supplement as it was highly recommended by an independent testing lab for having the ingredients that it says it has. I'm taking it for my bones since I recently stopped taking my osteoporosis medication for a year. Since it's relatively new to me, I have no way of knowing if it's helping and probably won't know, but I feel kind of like it's "insurance". I like the fact that it's non-GMO, gluten free and soy free. I take it with meals along with my other supplements.

I have bad osteo and my rheumatologist recommended this form of Vit. K. along with taking calcium and vit D. MK-7 Menaquinone has been found best for bone health. It builds skeletal strength by locking calcium into bones while also preventing it from building up in soft tissues and arteries. And Bronson has been around for a long time.

I take Vitamin K2 in addition to my D3, as it helps how the D3 is processed in the blood. I used to take D3 without it previously and found that Vitamin K2 is need so that D3 doesn't deplete other nutrients in my blood.

Love that they are a gel cap and have no after taste and are gluten free and non gmo

My research shows that this vitamin supports healthy bones. As I have osteoporosis, I am adding supplements and dietary foods to assist me in increasing my bone density or at the very least stoping bone density loss. Two capsules a day are very easy to swallow.

I've been taking this in combo with my calcium and it has help me absorb it better. Just had my bone density and there was an improvement so I'm happy!
