Use brand ink!
There is nothing like using the brand of ink for your printer. I tried the generic I had sooo many problems! I will always use the brand ink from now on.

Miracle Whip mayo was tan color - not white as usual - ?? spoiled.....coffee filters not as pictured - came FLAT %26 needed shaping.....printer ink way too expensive !!

Does not work in my copier....had this problem with you before. Need LC401 BLACK for brothers MFC -J11700W Copier. Nothing else you send works !!!!
