I ordered and received the pool vacuum today. Some debris had settled to the bottom of the pool from the recent wind storms and rain that we have had. I charged the vacuum up and it ran one cycle. The pool bottom was almost completely cleaned. I had read the reviews and had hoped that it would pick up sand that ends in the bottom of the pool. It picked up the sand and all the debris that had settled. I highly recommend this vacuum.
The vacuum arrived used. There were scuffs on the bottom of the vacuum. There was still some debris in the screen and in the bottom of the vacuum. The pole for the hook was also missing. The vacuum turned on but would only go about a foot before stopping.
It was a good price for an above ground pool robot. When we tried it in our 24 foot above ground pool it just did not live up to expectations. It cleaned a very small area…maybe 3 feet and stopped, not even returning to the wall. We cleaned the robot, charged it and gave it another try. Same thing. We returned it. We don't have time for that kind of hassle. I have a stick pool vacuum that will clean the entire pool in minutes. I just really wanted a robot cleaner.
Bought this for a gift and when it was taken out of the box and ready to use it didn't work. It was fully charged. Motor never would come on. Called customer service and they said to charge it. It charged for 3 days and motor never came on. Only blinked red when the power button was pushed.
Not impressed so far. It's hard to put back together once you've cleaned it after use. There's no way to tell which side is the front or back and what direction the top needs to go back on. It stirs up more than it sucks up debris and it has opened up as we are pulling out several times. It's very frustrating to watch what it did suck up go right back into the pool and the entire process was a waste of time and we have to start over.
does not pick up very well and will not track that well neither it loses its place all the time and just stops goes up against the wall and just stops not very good product like to return
It hasn't cleaned my pool once since I've had it it just stops and I had to take it out, clean it and put it back in and don't go more than two minutes
It stops like it's stuck ALL THE TIME. And it's not picking up the dirt, it blows it around !! I've used it 2x.
Won't pick anything and getting a hook in the handle is awful the worst… we've had other robots in the past and the quality of this is bad
So much easier to clean my pool with this. I don't have to get in the pool at all, just set it in the pool and it goes to the bottom and starts cleaning. It runs good for an hour or so, then you take it out and clean it.
