It seems as if the concentrate doesn't have the smell that the original bottle did but I use the concentrate and it works very well.

This stuff gets rid of bed bugs. No problem. I recommend it to everyone. Works on other bugs too.

I have been using this for months on my cat on my bed on my floors, and I still have fleas. My problem has lessened, but it is not gone. It does not kill fleas instantly unless you saturate the single flea it does not leave a residue that protects at least not that I can tell, but it is the safest for my cat all others when you read the fine print I do not use on felines so I have been relatively pleased with my results. I am not pleased with the fact that I still have a problem, however for the last month, I finally am not being bitten myself from fleas, jumping up from the carpet. It is simple to use. It is a good value, but you must be diligent to use it every day everywhere that is traffic or close by.

good product. but it is getting more expensive every time I try to get more. now I have found similar product that costs 50% less than Bug MD.

I haven't used it yet but I was concerned about the directions not saying how long to leave the product on my dogs, just that u rinse it off. I was able to contact someone with the company though so it ended ok. I am confident that it will work because I know from experience that clove oil kills fleas and that's one of the active ingredients.
