Great supplement
Great supplement to buy in bulk as this presentation is with a bunch of pills. Easy for seniors to swallow, flavorless and full of calcium to strengthen bones. I recommend this for any age.

Best calcium on the market
The most important thing about this product is that you're getting the most vitamins and supplements out of this capsule versus any of the other brands on the market. It's easy to digest and I'm already feeling the benefits, I get up early for work which was getting harder but after a week of taking this capsule getting out of bed is becoming much easier.

Osteoporosis
I have osteoporosis from using prednisone. I lost 3 inches off my height. I am using these to rebuild my bones.

I like the pill form
I like taking the pill form of this product. I haven't noticed anything different in my body. I hope over time it will help with muscle and bone strength
