Great tasting nutrition w/o the sugar
This is a great product for adding a pop of flavor and nutrition to smoothies, homemade ice cream, homemade salad dressing: cranberry vinaigrette anyone? The possibilities are endless.

it's a great product. I usually mix it with a little bit of sweet tea because it is sour. I take it every morning and have for a long time now. I noticed it really helps with keeping everything open and flowing correctly
