I like the value and the fact that I only have to take one per day. They have no taste, which is great.

I take this supplement to help with some symptoms of perimenopause like irregular periods,cramps,clots,etc. also to help with my dry hair and skin because of the good fats in it. The pills are kind of large but their easy to swallow.

This item came quickly and the size means I won't have to order more for awhile. I would definitely order from this company again.

capsules are very large. i don't t have trouble usually swallowing pills but have to make sure pointed towards the throat

This is different product/manufacturer and I am giving my system time to decide if it will work for me. Sensitive issues and allergies. Seems a good buy if body will accept it over time. Too soon to know yet.

When i received this shipment of supplements most of the capsules were stuck together. I had to pry many of t he out of the container.
