This brand is one of my favorite sources. The powder form is easily mixed into clean water. I will say that on occaision there can be some stomach upset but this is from substance... not supplier. You must do your own research and seek medical advice for you, not me. I am here to say supply seems clean, packed well, shipped promptly and a good value.

I take this at night before bed. The dreams are more vibid and pronounced. Good amount of powder for the price. The taste? It has none.

Unfortunately, the Gaba powder supplement caused me severe health issues. During the six days, I experienced side affects of tingling of my hands and feet and on the sixth day was the worst I HAD HEART PALPITATIONS which sadly frightened me. I called Wal-Mart .com the following morning February 15,2026 I politely explained my situation asking for a refund and I haven't received anything from this billion dollar corporation.I consider this poor customer service at its worst. My health was jeopardize and you left a Wal-Mart plus customer "blowing in the wind" without her refund.
