If you're looking for 200 mg of Caffeine without having to drink a lot of liquid, this is the right pill. It is also the best option if you're on the run and it is extremely convenient. It's caffeine so do not try to chew the pill as caffeine is bitter. Overall this is a great deal.

Works great! I typically break them into 3 pieces %26 take one piece at a time. That will give me the extra pick up I need to get through a few more hours when I'm sleepy without negative side effects. This bottle will last me a while. Nothing beats a good old steaming hot cup of coffee, especially a Dunkin' Donuts coffee. Stupid me—I overdid it with the coffee drinking when I was a cab driver and ended up messing up my stomach to the point of nearly being hospitalized. I needed a coffee substitute and found these—the 100 mg white pill version—then switched to the 200 mg yellow pill version and have been using it daily ever since. All the other brands I tried made me jittery and caused visual disturbances. These don't do that to me. Do take responsibly. If you're below the 200-pound body-weight mark, do not exceed 200 mg. I'm 205 pounds, solidly fit, eat clean and healthy, and don't drink alcohol, so I can take more than 200 mg without any problems.

I like these caffeine pills because they really help me deal with my 3 year old.... he is absolutely exhausting and sometimes I just need a little extra caffeine to deal with him! I take one of these everyday instead of coffee. I have found that these energize me without causing me to be jittery. These have been really easy on my stomach and easy to use. I get these pretty regularly as a pick me up. I have found them to be one of the most affordable caffeine supplements which I appreciate

I had weight loss surgery a couple years ago and so I had to let my coffee go and this took the place of the coffee and it gives me the drive boost I need to get going through the morning I would not recommend taking more than 2 tablets a day. If I take anymore than that I get a huge headache so I would stay with 2 a day in the morning

It starts dissolving and sticks to the back of your throat before being able to swallow. One pill does nothing, but two pills causes shortness of breath. When it kicks-in it's maybe an hour or two of energy. I'm not sensitive to caffeine or anything so this may just not have been the best brand for me. I will try something new next time.
