Glycine works for better sleep.
Sleep much better after taking one tsp mixed with water anytime during the day. I am also dreaming more. Oddly, my dreams are more rational, not the crazy stuff that doesn't make sense upon wakening.

I like it.
Taste good. Seems to work, at least for me. I drink it last thing before going to bed. A little lemon juice, hot water and ginger. Taste great.

Something is off with this Glycine
They change something. My most recent order of glycine is so "grainy" I have ordered Bulksupplements Glycine powder in the past and it was a fine powder. This recent one I was shipped is like grains, has the consistency of like sugar grains but doesn't dissolve. Also not as sweet. I have my concerns that I don't have pure glycine.

AVOID.
Glycine normally dissolves quickly %26 easily in water. This product does NOT. This creates suspicions that it is NOT PURE as it leaves little 'rocks' on the bottom. Contacted the seller %26 got an evasive reply %26 zero actual help. NOT RECOMMENDED.

We didn't get 33 servings like it said. We actually got 16 servings, so we were ripped off. The package did not contain the full servings.
