Pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes as a hot tea with honey...it's very smooth and has an earthy lemony flavor that is not overpowering. Blends well with other teas - or dissolves well for a tincture. Hughly recommended.

Really helps to promote relaxation and aids in getting a good night's rest. It has a earthy taste, but goes down easily with fruit juice.

Didn't work as much as I had hoped for me but it was better for a friend of mine

Could not enhance my benzo for sleep, nor replace it. For unclear reasons, Bulk Supplements started putting maltodextrin filler in their extracts, to which many people have immune system reactions. Lemon balm by itself has a huge potential for drug interactions.

Upsetting. I have ordered twice before and had no issues. This time the shipping company checked it as delivered and I never received. I have four cameras on front: have plenty evidence of my undelivered package. Unhappy this time.
