soy lecithin i take for weight loss...it's woks .... it has the same Lecithin taste and it tastes great! i use teaspoon with powder and drink down with water!!!

I have tried and liked this brand before. The package came quickly, safely, and undamaged. I use this in my cooking base and add additional ingredients to supplement. The Lecithin adds no taste but a lot of nutrients.

Ive bought other brands for making homemade bread and bagels but this makes the softest and most held together baked goods. Also it's the best price and the bag is sealed nicely and resealable. Now bread doesnt crumble when you slice it.
