Bulldog Hardware 8 in. Mending Plate, Zinc Plated Steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't gotten to the project that I need this for yet, but I can say that it's a sturdy piece. Zinc plated steel means that it'll last outdoors. And it's long enough to ensure a secure hold. I'd recommend it.

I tried this mending plate and it sealed the deal. I was able to secure the boards with just one plate. It's a strong metal, rust free and the hole placement is perfect. This is a great model. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three pieces of the Bulldog Hardware. I will use the trio to fix my gate. I have a 5” Eye Bolt, an 8” flat bar and a set of 3” corner braces All of these products are well-made and sturdy. They should be able to handle my crooked gate. The mending flat bar will give me added strength once I have the gate pulled into position. It has 4 pre-drilled holes so that you secure things tighly.

The melding plate is sturdy and made with a heavy duty metal. I used it to reinforce the cushion of an old chair. I would highly recommend using Bulldog Hardware products.
