Gorgeous Bush Somerset desk! Heavy duty beautiful contemporary design with matching pieces. Only problem is that it comes unassembled, which means additional costs or intensive labor.

I love how long this desk is. It really allows you to spread out. Assembly was easy and took only an hour. Delivery was way faster than I expected, I was originally quoted two weeks but got it in two days, way to go Walmart. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Strong (200 lbs), very large top. the drawer position is an OPTION to be on right or left.. didn't read that anywhere. Assembly took a long time.. two people took 4 hours.. so maybe 6-8 hours for one person. The desk is as it described and pictured. no surprises really. it is more sturdy and stronger than other ordered furniture. The top piece is thick, and sturdy. Lots and lots of leg room for any large chair and chair arms Overall, very satisfied...

After 20 years with my last Bush desk, it was time to for a new desk. Of course I wanted another Bush desk and this one was a perfect fit. The quality still appears to be the same, as this desk is well made. If you take your time and follow the directions exactly, it isn't to bad to put together. Love the design and gray color.

Wanted to upgrade my home office and was searching for a white desk that had ample space. This was perfect! Definitely took awhile to put together, but it looks great! Very happy with this purchase!

The desk looks great and is sturdy. The directions were lacking in some areas. Some parts weren't marked and the directions didnt clearly state which part to use at times. We were able to figure it out by looking at the pictures.

Bush Furniture makes great office products. I have been ordering their office furniture for years. Of course, with this 1 item, I had 2 damaged pieces. I tried calling the 1-800 %23 that they provide and I end up on hold for about 20-25 minutes, and then the call drops. I tried several times in hope of reaching a rep, but can't seen to get in touch with anyone. They do have an option to press 2 and a rep will call me back and I even tried that, but no one ever calls back. Although the product is great, the manufacturers customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE !!! It is so bad, that now I don't know if I would consider buying their products again. FYI, I have spent thousands over the years and ordered over a dozen pieces, and never had any issues. Just this one time, but again Customer Service is the worst, I cannot get in touch with anybody.

First piece out of the box was broken. Missing pieces, scratched surfaces, broken cheap plastic pieces hold the drawer structure. Two requests through Walmart site to the manufacturer have gone unanswered. Phone calls to the manufacturer leave you on hold for 5 minutes and automatically disconnect if an agent doesn't become available. This forces you to take the only option for a call back by next available agent which never came. We are more than 48 hours and this hunk of junk is now just big heavy pieces that I will have the burden of packing back up and carrying down two flights of stairs and then wait for a freight pickup that I know will never come.
