Lorell 36 x 50 Chair Mat for All Carpets, Rectangular

This mat is very thick. Its Just what I was hoping it would be. I weigh 240lbs and there are no indentations when I get up out of my chair. Besides a Great Price and free shipping. The way they showed it would ship was another reason for my purchase. Not rolled up. Flat inside of cardboard, protected on all sides. I recommend it 100%. Money well spent. Very Happy Customer!!

Mat was shipped the day after I order it and arrived in a few days. It ships flat. The size is actually 36" x 48". The mat is about 1/16 inch thick and has pegs about 1/8 inch long on the bottom side of the mat (to hold the mat in place on the carpet). I knew that I would need to cut off a portion of the mat at one corner when I bought it - so that it would fit better around the corner of my desk. The mat cut easily and smoothly using my jig saw with a small toothed blade. Before using my handheld jigsaw, I tried to cut the mat with scissors - which was possible but very difficult.

I purchased this due to a combination of roller blade style casters on my desk chair and deep pile carpet. What a difference! Seems to be a good product. It did grip well to the deeper carpet and my only complaint would be that it doesn't really have sloped edges like many professional office chair mats. This was well worth the price and arrived flat in an easy to compact piece of cardboard.

Great size, Hard flat and looks durable. Buy one for my son and later buy one another since it is good quality. This come as flat and no damage so no need to unroll like other products.

I dont write reviews but this one prompt me to do so because I was very disappointed it came ROLLED UP! How does anyone unroll a hard plastic this huge. I couldn't get it to unroll pass 2 inches. I order it because other reviews states it comes flat. Well, maybe true 2 years ago. but not recently. Returning it going to Office depot.
