the ball of roots could only be seperated into two plant not the 5 you promised

My package came in with one small spaghetti like root that was completely dead. Package states it was 5 roots I complained and was shipped only 1 small root. So not what the description says. I would not recommend this . I reached out to selling and no response to my emails
