I've been a C4 user for a while but used some other version off of Amazon. This one is just as good, even better than my old one. It had a salty watermelon flavor and I love salty watermelon.

I took every morning before exercise for a month. Immediately after taking it I would feel full of energy and I would dance on the way to the gym. It gave me more focus and willpower to workout. The effects arent super pronounced but I needed just a little push. However, after stopping I did notice a decrease in the motivation and my workouts were longer with longer breaks. I will use it again at some point but I would like to work out without extra stimulants. The taste was ok, like every other pre-workout. It dissolved easily and effects could be felt 10-15 minutes after taking it.

Absolutely ineffective, no effect at all. Nothing happens whatsoever. No tingling, no pins and needles, no feeling of stimulation or energy. Literally zero effect. This is the first time I've experienced something like this. I have several other pre-workouts, and honestly, I just got bored of the flavors and decided to try something different out of curiosity. With my usual pre-workouts, I feel the effect almost immediately — energy, pump, focus, everything. With this one, nothing happens at all. Absolutely nothing. It feels like a complete placebo. I have no idea what kind of powder this is, but it's total garbage. Do not recommend. Don't buy it.
