The best instant coffee ever. I don't drink coffee that much because of my acid reflux but Altura to my surprise I don't get acid reflux. I am so thankful that I discover this by accident and eversince I have been drinking it every morning with few drops of stevia. It doesn't have bitter taste. It gives me energy in the morning for my workout. Thanks Cafe Altura for making coffee that doesn't give acid reflux and most of all it's organic and the price is not bad at all.

Wow! I'm so impressed with this instant coffee!! I'm pretty particular and actually don't typically care for medium roasts. I always opt for a dark roast. This coffee is so good!!!! The taste is rich with a smooth finish. I add a little more than what's recommended in the instructions and it's perfect for me. Great to take camping, backpacking, or on trips when you want a a comforting taste of home. This is definitely going to be a staple in our cupboard.

The coffee has good flavor, not bitter like other instant coffees I've tried in the past. Easy to make in a pinch and versatile. The flavor can be adjusted to lighter or stronger depending on how much coffee or water is added. Don't usually drink instant coffee, but I like this brand and now keep it at work.

Best instant coffee! I am not an instant coffee drinker but when travelling abroad to visit family it is the perfect alternative that hits the spot. As a nurse I have tasted many a hurried cup of coffee and this far surpasses them all. Highly Recommend to have as a staple in your pantry.

I have tried lots of coffees, instant coffees, etc. over the years and this one is THE ONE for the on-the-go, stripped down set up type of vibe. The taste is really well-balanced - not too acidic, not too bitter, it's just right. I highly recommend this product and will be buying more before I run out

I tried this instant coffee thinking it would be a good option for camping or throwing in my bag when traveling. Well it's 3 days later and I'm still using it every morning for my cup of coffee. It's just so quick and convenient for a really good cup of ORGANIC coffee. As a single cup coffee drinker in a home where I'm the only one who drinks coffee, I don't know if I'll go back to brewing it.

I am hesitant to use instant coffee, but wanted to give this a try and was pleasantly surprised. A little bit goes a long way and although not the same as drip coffee of course this is my new go to for instant coffee for camping trips and when on the go!!

I really enjoyed Café Altura's Organic Instant Coffee. I don't hardly use instant coffee, but with some camping trips coming up this summer I wanted to see if instant coffee would simplify my typical Moka Pot setup. I gave this coffee 4 stars, which was a hard decision. If I was comparing it to regular coffee beans it would push closer to a three, but it would be closer to a five compared to other instant coffees. The flavor was very smooth. There was almost no oxidized flavor. The profile was consistent, but somewhat flat. There weren't many distinct notes throughout each drink. I don't take that as much of a negative, because of the consistency of its overall smooth, dark chocolaty flavor. I liked this coffee black or with milk and a little sugar. It was super easy to use, and a quick and satisfactory alternative to my usual morning routine.

Appreciate that this is organic, fair trade, and non-GMO — those certifications are rare to find in the instant coffee world. The caramel and dark chocolate notes come through if you sip slowly, which was a nice touch. Overall, the taste lands pretty similarly to other instant coffees I've had — not a dramatic step up flavor-wise, but solid and drinkable. Mixes easily with hot or cold water, exactly as instant should.

I have been interested in exploring instant coffee options for a while after having a need for use while traveling. Unfortunately, I have found a lot of instant coffee is either horrible quality, or outrageously expensive for a high quality product. This seems to fill a gap in the market at a decent quality and is affordable. I think this primarily would appeal to those who put cream/flavor in their coffee, as it has a solid and robust traditional coffee flavor. However, I usually drink black and I found it to be a little lacking in flavor compared to some of the higher quality specialty instant coffee. Good, but simple. Bottom line: I would recommend this product for anyone who is looking for an accessible option for standard quality coffee for traveling.
