Let me tell y'all, this chicken fry mix is the real deal. I used it in my air fryer on some chicken thighs, and they came out crispy and full of flavor. I didn't even have to mess with deep frying. easy as pie. The flavor's just right, seasoned up real good, just like something you'd get from a chicken shack off a back road. We served it with some coleslaw and sweet tea and it felt like Sunday supper. For the price, you just can't beat it. One box goes a long way. If you love good Southern cookin, you'll want this in your pantry. It's a keeper!

really enjoy this batter on chicken. Definitely spicy which what i was looking for vrs most that are advertised as "hot" ! If it's too spicy for your liking cut with flour or whatever you want. definitely will be buying more if could just buy bulk bag vrs multiple boxes i would!

If you like spicy, this is the way to go. Enough of a kick to please, not enough to melt your fillings. Great as a coating on oven fried chicken!
