This item was delivered on time. It was exactly as it was described online at Walmart's website. Prior to placing my order with Walmart I checked to see if I could get a lower price elsewhere. I could not. There was nothing to assemble, all I had to do was lay this on the floor and place the washing machine on top of it. My washer and dryer are located on the second floor of my townhouse. I always turn off the hot and cold water that goes to my washing machine every time I am done washing clothes. Prior to ordering this device, I learned that some insurance companies require a device like this if your washing machine is located on the second floor. That makes sense, because it can help prevent damage to your second floor flooring and your first floor ceiling. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a washing machine on a second floor.

I used this washer as a place to put pee pads down to train puppy's. The price was better than anything else I could think of.

The delivery people were concerned about the elevated pieces and thought the drain pan would crack once they pushed the wash tower in, but everything was fine. This fit my new Electrolux 600 series laundry tower perfectly.

Product is soild and strong but the sizing is in the middle either too larger for 4.5 cu washer and too small for 5.0 cu washer.
