We purchased this for camping. We used it over an open campfire. It held up great. The black paint did burn off in many spots but is still usable. we cook hot dogs, sausages, hamburgers, breakfast sausages on it. We also cooked on cast iron pans. The rack held the cast iron beautifully. it did not bend or warp in anyway.

Good quality, the folding legs make it easy to store in your camping gear. Sturdy as well, held up a large cast iron pan and a large kettle with no issues

Wasn't has heavy duty as I expected. But it was decent quality and worked well over our campfire. I would buy again.

It did the job but these are pretty much disposable. Also, as soon as it heated up all the paint peeled off, must not be heat resistant paint (hopefully it wasn't toxic)

If I needed this as a grill I would return it. It is not heavy duty at all and I think it would crumble from the heat of a fire after a few uses. BUT I bought it as an inexpensive stand for my diesel heater and for that it works great! So I'm happy.

This is very thin and light weight metal. Description states it is heavy duty (Wrong)! It is flimsy at best. Only good for one season if you're lucky

The first time I used this the paint bubbled up and peeled off from the campfire. After one weekend camping this is what it looked like.

On the first use, it became warped by the heat of the fire, and the paint peeled off of it. Very disappointed it was not able to withstand being near fire, the very thing it's made to sit on top of!
