Reliance Aqua-Tainer Water Storage Container 7 Gallon

I've gone through a couple different water containers because I collect my water out of a live spring. So I've tried using 1 gallon containers and I had about 30 of them, but that gets a little bit difficult to be cleaning and disinfecting each little one. Then I moved to these containers that were similar to a 5 gallon Culligan jug only they were square and they stacked. And those were great price, and also a great product but at the end of the day they were heavy to keep lifting up and filling things. So when I found these aqua tanks, I was very excited because they are seven gallons so I get even 2 gallons more than the previous ones and they have a spigot. So I can just set it up on my countertop a single time and fill from there until empty. It really is very convenient and they carry well when I take them to fill them at the spring.

There is no limit on these products like Amazon as on these containers. And if you purchase 2 at a time you get a small discount. Amazon used to offer this as well but not anymore.

It's a great product, and it was exactly what I needed for Hurricane Milton. People go crazy and buyout all the water. This was the perfect solution for my family.

Just be careful with spout. Once they break they are useless. They need to sell replacement caps. Mine lasted years but got bumped and started leaking. Every one that I have seen at garage sales have the same broken leaking cap. But great untill bumpe. So be careful.

Great for secluded off-grid cabins or camping without running water. Very heavy when filled. We use two. One for drinking and cooking and the other for washing up. Our house burned so we were happy to know they were still in existence since we had ours for 20 plus years.

The size is perfect for tailgating—we need about 3-4 gallons of water, and this holds plenty. The interchangeable spout is highly convenient and beats the longer gas-can-style spout on our previous container. You do not have to lift it to pour, which makes it very convenient for a tabletop.

These are good water jugs - they are nice because they hold a lot of water and they don't tip over. *I have 2 older jugs that are the same and the spigots both broke as the plastic aged - got replacement spouts (the whole spout assembly) but they don't screw on the older jugs - so that was a waste of money. The jugs lasted a long time though - so they are a good value. They are heavy when filled to the brim! One funny thing they keep these locked in a glass cabinet at my Walmart - lots of thieves steeling water jugs I guess :/

Ordered 8 online. One arrived used, the other 7 were fine. Started the return process online for the one that was used. Opted to take it into the store to complete the return instead of dealing with shipping it. Drove 30 minutes to my nearest Walmart and when I arrived they told me their customer service department was closed due to staffing and they were unable to take my return at any other register. It was really frustrating since I drove so far to get there. Lots of employees around and nobody to open another register temporarily?

The container holds about 7 gallons. I weighed it when full of water; it weighed 61.4 lbs. The large opening threads are not NPT standard threads, but the spigot threads are 3/4” NPT. The vent threads are not standard NPT threads either. So if you are incorporating this into a larger work, keep these items in mind. Btw, the container walls are not able the withstand a vacuum. They will buckle and collapse.

Returned product to store. It's been 23 days and still no refund. Every time I contact customer service they say “we need more time to scan” the items, then 10 days to refund. What? Amazon processes refunds instantly when you return, like literally in seconds. Time to contact BBB, etc.
