Machine Bar
Great deal, great price. I'v been using this item for two weeks now and have seen some growth in my triceps. I'm able to add more weight to the machine for tricep push downs as opposed to the rope because of the grip. Perfect addition to any home gym. God bless Walmart.

Works well
Does exactly what it was designed to do, no issues with function. The finish is not uniformly shiny, but I didn't buy it to admire it. If the finish is important to you maybe consider a more expensive bar that will do the same thing, but look better doing it. For the price, can't be beat!!

Very heavy duty and at a great price.
I've been affiliated with body building equipment for 48 yrs. This is as good as any bar I've used at a gym. The price was unbeatable. I never expected it to be as high a quality as it was.

Heavy weight Bar with hard rubber ends. Be sure to grease up the revolving hanger. Great on sale price.

CAP revolving straight bar
The bar itself is very sturdy. The revolving part is very rough, and it arrived without any lubrication. I oiled it and am trying to work out the roughness. If I can get it to revolve smoothly, I'll re rate it a 5.
