It's a little large for the smaller bench that I have, but that was my mistake. It's a solid bar. No complaints. Good value for the price.

Bar is good but it can't be split back into 3 pieces once you have joined the whole set. I bought it because I travel often and would be nice to have a transportable barbell but it is not the case with this one. It works pretty good tho. If you were thinking the same you better get a 1 piece barbell it will be almost the same price.

Good overall
For the price it isn't a bad bar I would t load up with more than 280 starts too feel sketchy but for lighter than that it good bar is only 30 pounds not 45 also
