Good quality and lightweight
Grip area with rough surface. Weight is reasonable at 14 pounds. 1 inch weight plate can easily be put on and removed. Paint does chip with use but it is expected.

A decent bar for the price, no regrets.
Decent bar for the price. The bar seems very substantial. No collars included, bummer! However, I'm happy with the Purchase, I got the 6 foot bar 72". It weighs about 15 lbs. I bought this to accompany my Olympic bar. Some excercises, I prefer a shorter bar. It also saves me from changing weight on the Olympic bar so much. I am sure it will outlast me. So I am pleased!!!

Shipping Damage
The bar itself is good but the box was damaged in shipping. The end of the bar was exposed and the finish was chipped off on one end. This needs to be packaged better.
