CAP Barbell Standard 1-Inch Cast Iron Weightlifting Plate, 10 lbs, Single

used these to keep my toilet paper stand still. fit so well you can't even see them... worked perfectly.

I found six 10 pound plates for $7.77 each at my local Wal-Mart. The weight is spot on. Just what I needed for my home gym. The online price appears inflated, however if you buy from your local store you won't be disappointed. Stay safe and workout from home during Covid season.

I purchased 1 set of the 1 inch hole, 5 lb plates that match perfectly with my cap standard threaded barbell. I already have sets of 25 & 10 lbs (same brand) so there was little chance that these 5 lb'ers wouldn't fit my bar. These plates also rack easily on my standard Marcy bench which helps organizational wise being in an apartment. I will be purchasing more of these in the future. *No marks, rust, or any outerwear either.

plates are of good quality. unfortunately, FedEx delivered my package somewhere else and none of my neighbors received the package. I have requested refund and later someone from different block in our apartments walked to my door and said it was delivered at their house. please let me know if there is any way I can pay the refund back. I don't see any option to reach WalMart agent after refund is issued.

I purchased this for my smith machine i have in my house and my daughter had begun using it but the weights i had were to heavy. the lightest weight i had was a 25lb plate so i order these for here and she loves them. She uses them on the machine and because they have handle grips built into the plates she uses them for lunges and walks with them as well.

i bought these because i have started a workout program for people with multiple sclerosis, they are quality made and easy to handle. you can use them on any bar made for 1 inch plates.

Because these Cap Barbell plates are designed with grip handles, they are also designed to be a little wider than standard plates with 1" diameter holes to accommodate the iron needed to reach their designated weight. This means that you may not be able to fit as may plates on your bar as with other standard plates. I was able to fit only six of these 10 pound plates on my standard 14" long dumbbell bars, where I normally am able to fit eight plates of the same weight.

The price and shipping for these plates was excellent. I ordered 4 and planned to use them for dumbbells. No dimensions were listed so I ordered them blindly. Upon receiving them it was discovered that these plates are very tall, about as tall as an Olympic 35 pound plate, and they are wobbly. I will make them work but if I had to do it over again I'd definitely go with solid (no grip holes) plates for my dumbbells.

I made this purchase in August for the same exact 5lb plate. I came on here to buy 2 more and was shocked at the 50% price hike. Photos attached. Probably a gimic to lower prices down to MSRP during Black Friday. Not cool. Prices better be real good less than MSRP for me to buy again when they do eventually go back on sale.
