Good quality dumbbells except they arrives very dirty and I have to clean them up. Otherwise it looks durable.

Dumbbell 8lb
CAP is a decent brand with very good products, but this set that I bought looks old, tarnished, and slightly tainted with respect to the crome handle. It looks like it has been in the back room stored for months and months or used. It's a weight and it does what it is intended.

Smelly Dumbbells
As far as dumbbells go, it is what it is, an 8 lb. rubber coated set of dumbbells. The only thing that caused a 4 star rating is the smell of the coating. They have a noticeable petroleum/fresh asphalt kind of smell to them, which I hope will eventually fade with time.
