Super curl bar
I absolutely love it it targets and focuses the bicep and tricep area only, it seems to me that it separates the big bicep from the little bicep, creating the Popeye effect with the knot on your bicep

arrived damaged
bar appears to be fairly good quality but arrived damaged and missing the barbell screw .

Quality Issues
the bar had design flaws on one side. After using it a couple of times, the paint or coating started chipping off. Qulaity to me was subpar.

I got a straight bar.
The curves in the bar were very mild, the bar is almost straight. Nothing like the curves in the bar pictured.
