CAP Barbell - Standard Cast Iron Weight Plate, 10 Lbs., Gray

I like these 1-inch weight plates. I use them with dumbbell handles for various weightlifting exercises. They are high quality, look good and stack well (the plates are uniform and flat). I bought these on sale, so the value was incredible. I have purchased multiple sizes and each time the product shipped fast and was delivered quickly with no damage.

These excellent weight plates for one-inch dumbbells and barbells. Very good value. I have a home gym and I have purchased these plates in all available sizes from 1.25 to 25 pounds. These plates do not have holes cut out (grip handles) which makes them harder to handle for weight plates heavier than 10 pounds. For 10 pounds and under, they are an excellent value for your home gym. CAP also makes a version with grip handles and I have purchased those for my heavier plates (25 and 50).

Great for going up in weight a bit at a time, whether with standard dumbbells, barbells or one side of a dumbbell as an adjustable weighted "club" for physical therapy.

I purchased four 25LB plates to add to my set. They have a smooth finish making them a little difficult to grab and pick up off the floor but they are thinner than my other 25LB plates which is nice when you need to put a lot of weight on the bar like for dead lifts The thinner plates allow more room for the collars.

These are very aesthetically pleasing free weight plates. They also make the classic “clang” sound against each other while lifting that just motivates you to push through another repetition. been trying to grab these for a couple years. usually so expensive caught a Walmart sale. cap plates are the only plates I buy. every time I buy somebody else I kick myself. paint flakes, holes are weird sizes, plates are weird, too thick, too thin ,not quite the correct weight. ill stick with these

I like that the weights are thin. I have trouble fitting all of the weight I want on my dumbells and these thin weights make things easier. I also liked the price and relatively quick delivery time

I recently ordered CAP Barbell weight plates (Total 110LB) as an addition to my existing 100LB weight set.They are of good quality and I am satisfied with the purchase. Feel sorry for the Fedex guy though as I stay on 2nd floor:(

I got these for $1.88 a plate, and that is the only reason why I didn't return them. I ordered 8 of these plates and had to literally sand / file down 7 of them in the outside and center of the hole becuase the production of these plates, in terms of adding the enamel coating, wouldnt pass any form of manufacturing quality inspection that I am aware of. I should have taken pictures of them as it was so bad with paint overlap it wouldn't fit / sit flush on a standard bar with any other plates.
