Definitely a good bench, very large and sturdy. The leg extension is not functional for me I'm 6'1 and if the pads would adjust it would be perfect. It's great for the price.
Great addition to our home gym, able to incline to different positions, workout legs and arms with extensions area, very stable and great quality
Arrived on time and packaged great. All parts were in the box %26 easy to put together. tried it out and everything works great leg extension works.
Great For Multiple Exercise.. Not Really Good for Tall People.. I'm 5'9” if I was any taller the Leg Extension and Leg Curl section may feel uncomfortable. I recommend it for anyone average height or shorter. Great Product For Me!
The bench is amazing with everything that I need without breaking the bank. It comes a leg extension preacher curl pad and more. Absolutely positively pleased.
Please do not expect a gym quality bench, this is for home use! You can see that the price is much lower. With that said, it functions great! Nice build to it but will be a bit small for heavy set people. It is hard to find a bench that has a large Preacher Curl Pad, in this price range. That was the main reason I wanted this bench myself. I have a Regular Curl Bar but it is quite wide for this room, due to many workout stations. With this bench, I sit and blast my biceps. Can hold up to 150lbs on the preacher Curl/ Leg Extender. Make sure to purchase thin weights if you want to use the leg extender and not have issues. Some have tried to use the cheap Large Plastic weights on this smaller bench, those weights are too thick/large. Cap offers 25 lbs weight plates that are only 1 inch width and have a smaller diameter. These work great! They are the ones that do not have handles so they are harder to pickup, etc. One thing I feel that should be added is a quick release type pin for the leg extender, this would benefit someone like me. You currently must secure it with a bolt, everytime you want to remove it. The leg extender makes the bench MUCH longer. **** Only read down below if you want to find a way to easily remove the leg extender, without unscrewing a bolt everytime. Some may leave the bench fully intact, 24/7 and will not need to read anything below **** I ended up purchasing: ' 18-8 Stainless Steel Clevis Pin 7/16" Diameter, 3-1/4"" Usable Length '. From Mcmaster. Shipping is around 12 bucks, keep that in mind. You will have to purchase the Cotter Pin elsewhere, it is the pin that goes into the small hole on the Clevis Pin to secure it. You will also need a 3mm x 60mm, Cotter Pin. **** Choose a SIZE SMALLER on the Clevis Pin if you do not want to have to file the hole down some. You can read the details on each Clevis Pin size, if wanted smaller size in diameter. There is a line in the leg extender hole, that needs to be filed down for the pin to slide in fully at 7/16. I wanted a snug fit **** It is not a typical quick release pin, I did not want that type of pin to slide out. The Clevis Pin and Cotter Pin, secure the leg extender nicely and is quick to remove!!! The Clevis Pin is the same length as the bolt, they provided for the bench. I did the research for us, if you wanted to be able to quickly remove it, Your BEST option would be the Clevis Pin/Cotter Pin setup. Hard to find pin, took me awhile. Do your research as well so you will not have to return something. Enjoy!
I like the feel, doesn't seem cheap, seems durable and sturdy for beginners I'd say since the weight is limited, pay attention on weight capacity before buying. I don't like that the weight capacity isn't posted anywhere, I hope I don't forget and risk safety. 🤷🏻♂️ Overall, I do recommend it for price, and all the workouts you can do, reminder, doesn't come with weights or a barbell.
The bench is solid, stable and the incline/decline adjustments are just about right. It should have the degrees engraved or stickers somewhere so you know exactly what incline your using. Also when doing leg extensions the lower legs of the bench get in the way. You have to actually do them without shoes on for clearance. The preacher curl is all but useless. Bad angle. The rod for the weight plates could be a bit longer too for more plates to increase the weight being used.
I'm trying to get a receipt for the weight bench I recently purchased, as there is a part I'm trying to get the company to send me. It's a simple .50 cent end cap that was cracked that goes on the end of the curl bar and the end of the bench. After you put the pad on the end cap goes on, and it was cracked, so I wanted to see if I could have a new one sent to me. It's been a horrible experience trying to contact the company, and then when I finally establish communications with someone there, they want a copy of the receipt. So now I'm stuck trying to get a copy of the receipt, as I through the last one out.
legitimately the worst bench I've ever used. the rear of the bench away from the preacher side sits 3 inches off the ground, making the entire thing very unstable and unsafe. and the weight goes on the preacher side so when you put the weight on that side you can top it over with a light finger. totally useless and a liability.
