Finally an exercise equipment that I don't use to hang on clothes. It's size is so convenient that I was allowed to place it in the TV room. So no excuse to work out in the mornings while watching the news and the weather report.

Good in terms of Quality and Price
If somebody wants to have a small equipment which would be more effective in terms of reducing body weight and particularly belly fat this would be an ideal. Quality is good with respect to price and also will last long. I am very much satisfied with product.

Next level ab workout.
How bad do you want it? That's the question you need to answer. The CAP Strength Slant Bench is great for those deep decline sit-up exercises. From basic sit-ups to weighted /medicine ball crunches. It's sturdy enough for your needs and super simple to assemble. The price is perfect for such a useful addition to my home gym. I definitely recommend this slant bench to anyone looking to step their fitness game up.

If you are short or have wide or big buttocks or thick thighs and calves then this machine is not for you. Very uncomfortable especially around the bars where ur knees and ankles go. 😕

poor quality
Could not be put together. The bench that was supposed to be screwed into was not assembled correctly, making it impossible to put together. Came with note not to return to store call the 800 service assistance number. In 1 week,that phone was never answered once, and the call was never returned.

Complete waste of money!
Horrible! I didn't realise it until I put it all together and tried to use it! This bench is more suited for a very short person (maybe 4 1/2 feet tall ) or a small child! It says the weight limit is 500lbs rather that's true or not, it's completely unusable for me! I'm 6 feet tall and it's just not possible for me to use it! Complete waste of money and time. Don't buy!!
