It's a CAP product so it's high quality. It has some weight to it and is extremely sturdy. The grips are located in great positions to hit the Lats from various grip widths. The grips are also large and don't allow your fingers to slide so you can really get the bar on your fingertips and take your forearms out of the lift. I found it on sale for $33, most places have it starting at $65. This is a really high end Lat bar, plus it's extra long so you can get that wider grip to better engage your Lats.

Value Buy
Excellent grip and great quality. Just like the one I used in the gym, but I use this at home, and the handles are just the right width. You can't find a better quality pull down bar for the price.

if you get a good one then it will be good to you
this is for the review of the 48-in length deluxe lat attachment bar. unfortunately I had to return the first one that was sent because it appeared to be used which would have been okay but there were too many noticeable scratches and worn out rubbering. The replacement is actually fantastic and I use it on my power rack as a lat pull down attachment.

Lat bar
The lat bar is of good quality. It did feel a bit shorter than what I was expecting. I guess I should have gotten the 48 in bar instead.

Good addition to our garage gym
This was a gift for my wife, but I get to enjoy it too! Great quality, perfect size, and love the value. Good addition to our garage gym, I have nothing negative to say about this bar.

Quality at a reasonable orice
Great bar, however was a bit longer than I needed. Opted for the 36”, instead.

The 48 inch bar is phenomenal. It allows you to have a really wide grip and a deep stretch for that pull down. The center grips are better for concentrated pull downs or even pull ups with a lower cable row. The item is awesome.m

ok but not ideal
the hole that you attach the bar to machine is sharp and not finished smooth and makes pulls rough and jumpy.

Fire whoever is packing these
First bar was delivered badly bent. VERY poorly packed - just was plastic wrap - both ends of the rubber grips were damaged. Moving forward I had to get it replaced - and the second one was also bent (not as bad so i kept it).
