Capital City Mild Mambo Sauce

I loved the flavor. Nevertheless, I must give you a warning. I bought the so called Mild version %26 wasn't expecting soo much Heat. However, adding some honey to the sauce made it just right for me. Days later a friend gave me a recipe for homemade Mambo Sauce. Yummy!

I TRULY LOVE CAPITOL CITY MAMBA SAUCE FOR SO MANY YEARS NOW, I CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN OR PUT I NTO WORDS. I REALLY STARTED LOVING IT WHEN I USE TO GO TO THE CHINA CARRYOUT IN WASHINGTON DC AND ALWAYS GET EITHER. THE CHICKEN OR FRIED CRAB 🦀 STICK %26 FRIES FAITHFULLY. ALWAYS PERIOD.

This is my first time using this location. My husband told me that he thought that this store location would be much better. I do not like my food on the ground. I can see the bench from my phone. Thank you

Run, don't walk to the Mambo Sauce aisle and purchase one. This is so yummy and you can use it on anything. The heat level is mild, but they also have a hot version. I've used this on chicken, pork, fish, beef, potatoes, just about everything. Chef's kiss!

This is a must have. My son absolutely loves his Capitol Mambo Sauce. He uses it on everything, wings, hamburgers, french fries, etc. It is a favorite in our household.

We heard about this sauce from the news and decided to try it especially since it is from a business where I grew up (Bowie MD). It did not disappoint. It was so good and not too spicy. You can put it on anything! It's not my go to sauce.

This has been a staple in my house ever since we first tried it !! We love the versatile uses this sauce has as its a bit of heat and a bit of sweet- just perfect as our 'go to' taco sauce and we use it on so much more- like I add it to my cocktail sauce as it really hits up the flavor profile and its a favorite add on to our chicken and yelllow rice dish- and on many meat items and burritos and wraps !! I can imagine most folks will find this sweet-hot variety very useful in and on many dishes or just as a condiment !

Authentic DC sauce. Use for my wings but good all around sauce.
