I got this HP laptop to replace one of mine that was broken. I was hesitant of buying an "open box " one but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. and I saved a couple hundred dollars! I was already in HP customer so I had an account I. so I just had to update the laptop that's it was coming on. it was a really nice silver very quick and has a lot of space 500 plus gigabyte! after I got it back to some personalizing I like now I'm almost like nothing ever happened to mine.

This computer is very nice; holds power well, boots up really fast and was extremely easy to set up. The color display is really impressive. I like the fact that it is so light to the touch when using the touch pad to move the cursor. This is a great and easy computer to use. I would recommend it to anyone. Plus the help feature is so helpful for someone who is not super proficient with computers!

The HP 15-dy1071wm Core i7 laptop is a decent computer. It comes with Windows 10 Home 64 installed and an optional trial of Microsoft Office. The Micro-edge display is 15.6” which is the perfect size for on the go use. It is also pretty lightweight making it easy to carry around. There are two Type-A USB ports, one Type-C USB port, an HDMI port and a headphone jack. There is also an SD media card reader. This computer does not come equipped with an optical drive. The intel core i7 10th generation makes this laptop super fast also. Web pages and streaming services load up very quickly and play very smoothly. It is equipped with Intel Iris Plus Graphics, but I do not do any gaming so I can not comment too much in regards to how it does with pc gaming. I can say the streaming it is used for has wonderful picture quality. The battery life is great. I am not on it all day but I use it daily and the battery easily lasts a few days before I get the low battery notice. Charging seems to be fairly quick although I have not specifically timed it. I plug it in before I go to sleep and it's fully charged by morning. Overall this is the perfect laptop for someone who needs one for basic usage. Internet surfing, e-mail and streaming music and movies have all ran flawlessly so far. I am very pleased with this laptop and would recommend it to others.

I received the computer first thing i noticed was it was lite weighs not much.Also it is thin so thin the color is amazing It is so fast don't have to wait.Pages load so fast so much storage and is quite.I think anyone would be able to use it when you turn it on there is a interactive tutorial that helps you set the computer up.Great thing you can link it to your I phone great just great.Color is also very impressive.Comes on so fast has awesome graphics definitely a computer for family or business person and to travel with since it is so lite.Has long battery life certainly anyone looking for a laptop should get this!Oh I forgot the screen is so big 15.6 perfect for movies or games.

I purchased this so I could work remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was easy to set up with the additional purchase of Office 365. The laptop does have a keypad but I purchased a wireless mouse and keypad combo due to having to use the equipment for 8+ hours. The charge does not last as long as what I' hoped for, but that is a small item.

I received this amazing HP 15 Laptop Silver Mist PC 10th Gen Intel Core i7 with Iris Plus graphics. I am loving everything about it! It was a complete nice and easy set-up. The graphics are crisp and clear and the speed is outstanding. I truly appreciate how thin and very lightweight it is, making it that much easier to travel with. I can honestly take it with me anywhere. The fact that it is a touchscreen aswell makes it much more convenient for me when I'm working. I highly recommend this awesome PC.

This is an outstanding laptop for either personal or business use. Coming with the latest Intel i7-1065G7 1.3 GHz processor with four cores, eight Gigabytes of RAM and a 256 Gigabyte SSD hard drive, it is perfect for the student or business person on the go. The 3 Cell Lithium Ion battery assures an extended battery life, and the fifteen inch HD SVA monitor combined with Intel Iris Plus Graphics processor offers stunning graphics. The laptop is light weight enough to make it easily portable coming in at around three and one half pounds. The HP 15-dy1071wm comes with both Realtek wireless and Bluetooth 5 as well as a multi-format SD media card reader as well as three USB ports, one type 3.1 Type C and two 3.1 Type A, and a HDMI 1.4b port. As with most modern Laptops these days and optical drive is not included, but considering the available size and cost of today's external USB Drives optical drives are basically antiquated. The Laptop comes with Microsoft Windows Home 64 bit edition, so upgrading is not a necessity, although like most new products it does come with what I consider bloatware, since most free to try software is worth what it cost in my opinion, these include "McAfee LiveSafe", a thirty day free trial of "Netflix" and a free month of "Microsoft Office 365" while these products are great in and of themselves, if you intend to rely on them, it would be well worth you time to purchase them. Over all, for the price this is an outstanding laptop and well worth the purchase price.

This is a simple/cheap HP--same basic HP design for years. For me, it is a replacement for a HP that finally crashed after several years of use. Regarding this model, unfortunately, the track pad is still off center to the left, which is difficult for righthanded folks. The only major issue thus far is that it froze several times while setting up. Since set up, it has run fine--no freezing.

I bought this laptop and it only worked for one day then the audio stopped working. I tried every option allowed to troubleshoot the problem but everything said its working perfectly, when it indeed WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. I can only hear audio with a headphone.

It's light, it's flimsy, the screen color is very dim even on its brightest setting. However, it is still an ok laptop for beginners. Be careful shopping online because Wal-Mart sent me a USED laptop.
