I received this amazing HP 15 Laptop Silver Mist PC 10th Gen Intel Core i7 with Iris Plus graphics. I am loving everything about it! It was a complete nice and easy set-up. The graphics are crisp and clear and the speed is outstanding. I truly appreciate how thin and very lightweight it is, making it that much easier to travel with. I can honestly take it with me anywhere. The fact that it is a touchscreen aswell makes it much more convenient for me when I'm working. I highly recommend this awesome PC.

The HP 15-dy1071wm Core i7 laptop is a decent computer. It comes with Windows 10 Home 64 installed and an optional trial of Microsoft Office. The Micro-edge display is 15.6” which is the perfect size for on the go use. It is also pretty lightweight making it easy to carry around. There are two Type-A USB ports, one Type-C USB port, an HDMI port and a headphone jack. There is also an SD media card reader. This computer does not come equipped with an optical drive. The intel core i7 10th generation makes this laptop super fast also. Web pages and streaming services load up very quickly and play very smoothly. It is equipped with Intel Iris Plus Graphics, but I do not do any gaming so I can not comment too much in regards to how it does with pc gaming. I can say the streaming it is used for has wonderful picture quality. The battery life is great. I am not on it all day but I use it daily and the battery easily lasts a few days before I get the low battery notice. Charging seems to be fairly quick although I have not specifically timed it. I plug it in before I go to sleep and it's fully charged by morning. Overall this is the perfect laptop for someone who needs one for basic usage. Internet surfing, e-mail and streaming music and movies have all ran flawlessly so far. I am very pleased with this laptop and would recommend it to others.

I received the computer first thing i noticed was it was lite weighs not much.Also it is thin so thin the color is amazing It is so fast don't have to wait.Pages load so fast so much storage and is quite.I think anyone would be able to use it when you turn it on there is a interactive tutorial that helps you set the computer up.Great thing you can link it to your I phone great just great.Color is also very impressive.Comes on so fast has awesome graphics definitely a computer for family or business person and to travel with since it is so lite.Has long battery life certainly anyone looking for a laptop should get this!Oh I forgot the screen is so big 15.6 perfect for movies or games.

This computer is very nice; holds power well, boots up really fast and was extremely easy to set up. The color display is really impressive. I like the fact that it is so light to the touch when using the touch pad to move the cursor. This is a great and easy computer to use. I would recommend it to anyone. Plus the help feature is so helpful for someone who is not super proficient with computers!

I got this HP laptop to replace one of mine that was broken. I was hesitant of buying an "open box " one but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. and I saved a couple hundred dollars! I was already in HP customer so I had an account I. so I just had to update the laptop that's it was coming on. it was a really nice silver very quick and has a lot of space 500 plus gigabyte! after I got it back to some personalizing I like now I'm almost like nothing ever happened to mine.

The laptop is light weight enough to make it easily portable coming in at around three and one half pounds. The HP 15-dy1071wm comes with both Realtek wireless and Bluetooth 5 as well as a multi-format SD media card reader as well as three USB ports, one type 3.1 Type C and two 3.1 Type A, and a HDMI 1.4b port. As with most modern Laptops these days and optical drive is not included, but considering the available size and cost of today's external USB Drives optical drives are basically antiquated. Smudge proof laptop The HP 15 laptop PC arrived packaging very minimal the HP 15 laptop PC was in perfect condition I took all the materials out and plugged in the laptop about 3 minutes later a pleasant voice started talking to walk me through setting up the laptop and letting me know if I did not want voice assistance to turn off the voice by pushing speaker icon towards the bottom right corner or the screen This new HP 15 laptop PC at first glimpse is very attractive visually appealing the silver mist looks to be smudge resistant if not at least it is not showing every single fingerprint which I appreciate possibly due in part by a matte finish instead of gloss smudge resistant is a feature that needs to be utilized in a laptop since we are handling them constantly the HP 15 laptop PC is very compact thin and light weight easy to handle also very sleek in design additionally this laptop has long rubber strips on the bottom so the HP 15 laptop PC won't slide on surfaces and possibly end up on the floor a very good idea the keyboard is nice the screen is smudge proof and needs to be thank goodness someone came up with that technology I did notice however that when you touch the screen there is a shadow left for a few seconds by your touch that is different or maybe I'm a brute and pushing to hard Overall I would definitely recommend this new HP 15 laptop PC

They sent me a used laptop???!!!!! Nothing new about this product, I didn't even bother taking it out of the box when I saw the tape on the outside and how things are a mess on the inside (plastic bag on the side and charger all unwrap hanging)... Disappointing.

Ordered and received from store. During setup received error message during initial boot up "CMOS Checksum is invalid error (Error 502)". Battery will not charge.

I bought based on the specs saying backlit display but after setting up I'm discovering this is not true!
