Carex Universal Tub Transfer Bench, Shower and Bath Seat, Height Adjustable, Holds Up to 400 Pounds

This equipment is exactly what I needed. I'm recently diabled and I can't walk or get in and out of the bath tub. I am so happy with this bench. I can be independant. And that's important to me. I can stand with both feet but not with the one foot it takes to get in and out of tub. All I have to do is slide over on bench take my bath , slide back over and use both feet to stand up. (smiling) Best money I've ever spent. Thank you Carex. Thank you Walmart for selling it. I give this product I million stars!!!!!!!!

this item was received...box had been obviously opened by person who took out JUST THE BACK OF THIS TRANSFER BENCH!!!! ALL OTHER PARTS, including smaller parts were all there..... I've kept the box for evidence and future reference....But this tresfer bench, which I'm not needing yet, but with some days, with back problems, this will come in handy.....THIS item is SO WELL MADE AND THE PRICE IS GREAT....I have checked all over and this one can't be beaten!!! with the backing missing WALMART CAME TO MY RESCUE WONDERFULLY AND THE CUSTOMER GIRL DID WONDERFULLY WELL AS WELL....She got rave reviews from me to WALMART!!!THANKS SO MUCH WALMART AND SPECIAL GIRL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE "NOUR"!!!!!

This was a great sturdy item and it was simple to put together. i weigh about 380 and this was definitely very sturdy and had no worries about it breaking. A great item if you are getting older and have aches or it just want to sit and relax while taking a nice warm shower. If i couod give it 10 stars i would!

This is the perfect tub transfer bench! The legs are straight which allows it to fit all the way into the tub unlike others that are angled and have an angled arm rest and you end up sitting off centered (almost over the edge of the tub) which causes lots of water to escape to the floor! Love the twist leg adjustment so you get the perfect adjustment. Others have 1 inch increments and if there is any uneven surface, the bench is off balanced. I also love that there are no metal/sharp pieces, it is totally plastic and VERY durable and strong with a 400 pound weight limit.

my son had foot surgery and could not stand at all in the shower… he is a big man and some of the smaller shower seats made him feel unstable or unsafe… this one is very stable and easy to assemble and works great!

This is just what I needed. Easy to install and easy to level in the tub and on the floor. It certainly makes me feel more secure when getting in and out of the tub. Also lightweight enough that other members of my family who use this tub/shower can easily lift it out.

I am very pleased with this bench, does not extend way out from the bath tub which is what I was looking for. Price is excellent and product is well made. I had one of another brand that legs were stainless and the bench extended too far out from tub, plus it cost over $100.00. The Carex is a replacement for the bulky one.

The seat is too narrow. I am thinking of removing the back so I can slide back further on the seat. It is sturdy.

Seat is way too big and shower curtain cannot be closed due to seat over the tub. Seat will not move side to side either. WM will not take back. Opps. I'm out $60
