Carlson Labs - Vitamin D3 2000 IU - 360 Softgels

I tested my vit D levels years ago and found that I was severly deficient. I started taking this brand, Carlons Labs, of vit D and quickly raised my levels within a few months. Lab tests confirmed it.. however, within 24 hours of starting this Vit D, my symptoms were greatly reduced. I will never be without this brand of Vit D3. Excellent stuff!

My girls take this supplement everyday. We ran out a bit ago and tried a different brand but found that they had issues with the other brand affecting their stomachs. Carlson labs is a great source for vitamin D that digests well.

I like the easy to swallow gel vitamins

I was not surprised a few years ago when my blood work showed a serious deficiency in Vitamin D. I rarely get in the sun as I cant take the summer heat. My blood work put my Vit D level at 22 and the doctor said it needs to be between 50 and 60. I take two 2000 IU a day and It keeps me in the right place.

I buy Carlson cod liver oil and fish oil. They do such a great job with those products I know I can't go wrong with their D3. Good value for two people taking twice daily.

The dosage is perfect for the new Vitamin D guidelines, especially for those of us living north o the" Mason-Dixon." Two of these TINY gel tabs and I'm good to go.

It's too big. I can't swallow it due to after affects of radiation treatment. The Wal Mart version might not be so pure, but it's small enough to swallow.
