Much better filter, medium
I have done my own pool maintenance for eight years. Replace the filter medium twice a year here in California. Much better than the product at the Pool store.

The product is a high quality and in the past I never purchased the celatom diatomaceous before. My neighbor used some of mine for his pool and plans to switch to you for his pool supplies.

First - price was pretty much the best I could find for any retailer who had stock. I rated quality at a 5 even though I haven't used it yet. I have used this brand in the past and expect it to perform well as it has previously.

Wrong Item Shipped
Rather than the Diatomaceous Earth arriving, it was a very heavy bag of play sand. I initiated replacement action the very same day and returned the item to FedEx on June 27th. Today is July 5th, and the tracking status shows awaiting the return of the item. I was under the impression that my replacement it would be shipped after I returned the wrong item to FedEx. An order I expected to receive in days because I needed it right away will take 3-4 weeks instead, if not longer. This is totally unacceptable.
