I have been using this product for many years now and found it to be well balanced. I use it during and after exercise, depending on physical activity. Watermelon is my favorite flavor as it is not sweet but sometimes I'll go with which ever is on sale.

My favorite hydration mix. Great for befire ans after a run.

I have been using this product for the past 5 years during and after workout, it's absolutely on the money. It has been discontinued and that's devastating.

I have been using this product for over 10 years and it has consistently performed as expected. This is a miracle product for me. Whenever I am cramped up, I drink this product and it does a fantastic job hydrating and takes away aches and pains. I have tried many BCCA's and amino mixes and this is by far the best!

This definitely helps me get through workouts without getting lightheaded. Flavor is perfect too.

I primarily buy this for the phosphate salt hydration mix. There are very limited options for this on the market. They produce less GI distress, have a better pH, allow you to get sodium elsewhere, and phosphorous directly impacts the ATP cycle (which means it does more than just hydrate).

Really wish Cellucor would make a version of this without the artificial dyes. It mixes well and the icy blue razz flavor does a good job of masking the bitterness of the leucine (watermelon isn't great though). I'll be going back to whey isolate until they offer a version with no dyes.

I used to have a subscription but cancelled it due to a change in taste/formula. A very bitter medicine like undertone was present on multiple shipments. Sad b/c I've used this product for years.
