I have been using this product for many years now and found it to be well balanced. I use it during and after exercise, depending on physical activity. Watermelon is my favorite flavor as it is not sweet but sometimes I'll go with which ever is on sale.

I have been using Aplha Amino for 3 years, it was recommended by my nutritionist. I really like its flavor, I've tried other competitors but so far I think this is the best. I can't say if it has any effectiveness or not, but I keep using it intra training.

I have been using this product for over 10 years and it has consistently performed as expected. This is a miracle product for me. Whenever I am cramped up, I drink this product and it does a fantastic job hydrating and takes away aches and pains. I have tried many BCCA's and amino mixes and this is by far the best!

I primarily buy this for the phosphate salt hydration mix. There are very limited options for this on the market. They produce less GI distress, have a better pH, allow you to get sodium elsewhere, and phosphorous directly impacts the ATP cycle (which means it does more than just hydrate).
