I am disappointed as these vitamins while they are claim to be natural in the sense that they exclude certain artificial ingredients, the vitamins and minerals synthetically derived, rather than from natural food sources. I looked at ingredients closer and they also add colors. Red #40, yellow# 6. I am disappointed. It's not just difficult to metabolize but also gives me more that needs to be removed from body.
