These are normally great quality but they melted during delivery. Were not packaged properly for summer weather in the south.

They are consumed with the understanding that you are getting a full days supply of necessary vitamins and minerals. I like the vitamin profile and percentages and the fact that it's only 2 gummies per serving to get them. My only issue is the added sugar. They taste great, but it's a half a teaspoon of sugar per serving. If you don't care so much about sugar then these are a good option.

After trying them for a few weeks I didn't feel any difference. I actually seemed to be more tired after taking these than when I was taking a different multivitamin. I would just check and make sure you're getting the right amount of vitamins you need. Some of the dosage seems a lot while others not as much.
