Centrum for Men is a great multivitamin. I always give my son one every morning, and I can tell they are very good for him. They are specifically formulated for the kind of vitamins guys need, and you get a lot of nutrients packed into one daily multivitamin. They are the only brand I trust, and came highly recommended by his Dr., at his last well checkup. I've been using these for years now, and they never upset his stomach or have any kind of side effect. Just a great all-around supplement, designed for guys.

Who knows if these actually work, but I know I'm missing most of my nutrition. So I hope that it is in fact working And I'm getting what my body needs! Worth the money for the alleged vitamin and minerals though. I feel better about dietary health choices taking these though
