Organic India Ian a brand I can trust and these cinnamon pills really help with my digestion and energy levels throughout the day. They also smell and taste yummy!

These capsules have many health benefits and help me have a better sleep. I also sometimes pop open a capsule and using it in recipes in place of cinnamon. Very flavorful.

I have long heard that cinnamon is a good anti-inflammatory, among other health benefits. I have only just begun to take these capsules, but I notice an improvement in my overall feeling already! I love how the capsules are so easy to swallow and easy on my digestion. I would order these again!

My whole family is trying to get healthy. Both my mother and I were pre-diabetic. We both are trying to get our sugar levels down in a healthy manner. After just two weeks of using this product both of us had our blood work come back normal! Best of all you can take these as capseuls, or empty them into your food or drink. I love that they are fair trade as well.

Although it is labeled for dietary needs for maintaining healthy blood sugar levels, I opened up the capsules to use in my baked dishes. This type of cinnamon is healthier and has a better flavor than the standard store bought cheap "cinnamon." Perfect time to use for the upcoming holiday baking season.

I have not tried this one yet but I received free samples to try with my group and I was quite impressed with what I received from @OrganicIndiaUSA and @tryazon. The fiber supplements leave you full and I could tell the difference in digestion after taking it.
