The ergo handle is very comfortable. There were a couple of spots on the dumb bells where the paint had run and made some sharp points that I had to file off. I am looking forward to ordering my next pair.

These 3-lb metal dumbbells are perfect for the hand weights component of an overall body toning regimen like Pilates or BodyForging. They're the right shape for balancing on the thighs in squat position, light enough to do a good variety of arm exercises, yet heavy enough to feel they're doing some good. These dumb bells are exactly what I expected but I was able to get 60 pound dumbbells for a cheaper price than the 50 pounds that I bought here. Play it again sports prvided good weights though used. after all its aboht the eorkout most of all.

You should have said they only weigh 47 so dont bother buying them. I own 45s that weigh 45. Plus the handles have gaps where connected to weights. Way to expensive. Especially for walmart.

Both bells were broken upon receipt. Save time. Go to the store.

Poor quality, handle is straight not ergo, the worst part is the handle on one of the dumbbells has no knurl at all, major manufacturing defect. Where was quality control? Why was it ever shipped out?
