Works Well.
Spreads the salt on the driveway nicely. Should also work well spreading grass seed and fertilizer. The gate adjustment is a nice touch that makes it easy to adjust the amount of material being broadcast.

Good for lawn seed not for ice melt. 2 Star.
Used to spread salt for ice and snow. was easy to pick up the salt to spread but once trying to spread it continues to jams and get stuck. Probably better to get smaller ice melt but then have less quality ice melt. Handle and crank are fine but works better with probably lawn seed or for federalizer.
