This is the perfect size grill for small gatherings. The only thing to mention is that when assembling it the ground wire is not as long as in instructions. Just connect the ground wire to the side handle. The easy start ignition is fantastic. Let it burn off the "new" for 20 minutes before cooking any food.

It doesn't take long to put it together but you do need a screwdriver. It's a nice little grill, very portable and light weight. I haven't cooked on it yet but everything is working as it should. Initially I was having trouble with the ignition spark because the wire was pointing on the wrong direction but it was a very easy fix. This is great for a quick tailgate cookout at the lake or for camping.

The ground wire is not short, I repeat the ground wire is not short. The ground wire gets connected to the handle. It's simple just follow the instructions. I usually put things together without the instructions but this time I had to use it and it took me about 15 to 20 minutes to put it all together. I forgot to order propane with it so now I'm on my way to Walmart to buy propane.

nice heavy duty small grill, I can feel the weight difference from my old grill, easy to assemble, works great, had to do a little adjustment on it to make the lid fit, but for the price well worth it,

Make sure you put this together when you can take your time and do it right. The instructions could have been a little better but reading the instructions and looking at the pictures worked well enough. Like a lot of people have said, the ground wire is a little short. It would have worked the way the instructions showed but I put the ground wire on the screw first then put the screw through the handle and washer. It works great and the wire is not pulled tight. (see picture) There are a few small dents in the top of the grill due to the way it was packaged with the legs right against the top but after it gets used for awhile i am sure it will pick up a few more dents and dings. It is sturdy enough that I think it will last for several years

The grill is unusable because the electrode wire is too short to connect to the electrode--it doesn't reach. Further, the instructions for connecting the electrode wire and ground wire are nonexistent, so even with the correct electrode wire, I don't know how to finish assembling the product. The instructions just say "attach..wire" and "assemble...wire". Attach how?? Assemble how?? I'm no electrician, I need details here.

This thing hardly gets hot enough to cook food. You HAVE to keep the lid on to get enough heat to cook steak or hamburgers. The steak dried out because the grill couldn't get hot enough…even with the lid on.

The attachment for the propane canister is dangerous because the canister does not stay secure and can fall off. I used the grill one time and had to rest it on the table sideways to keep it in the slot. I haven't used it other than that one time, I would like a refund. . Thank you

Would say 5 stars but the handle is broken in half. Don't want to go through the hassle of returning otherwise great item. So disappointed don't think it's sad to use with only one handle and glue I would be afraid would catch fire. If it's not broken it looks pretty well made and compact. Of course it's the handle with the ignition in it.

I ordered this grill for a gift. It arrived damaged and wet. I had to return to Walmart. I was told it was 3rd party seller and They (charbroil) would issue the refund. THEN I ordered another one so I could give it as a gift and it arrived with the box DAMAGED AGAIN. I also bought a propane exchange and adapter hose to use the bigger tank. The box looked as it had been opened and retaped but it was advertised as new, Emails and pictures that were sent comes back undeliverable. BUY another Brand from another STORE.
